8. Sleep medication
9. Sleep restriction and stimulus control
Advice for use
You can choose which submodules you want to activate for your service user. Depending on your preference, this can be done step by step or at once.
We recommend to always activate the following components:
• Sleep – 1. The importance of sleep
• Sleep – 2. How healthy is your sleep?
• Sleep journal*
* To gain insight in the progress of the sleep problems, it may be helpful to activate the Sleep Journal seperately.
Together these components form, as it were, the basis of the module. The other submodules can be activated depending on the complaints.
