Content of the moduleThis Mindfulness module is based on the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

The module consists out of the following submodules:

1. Mindfulness – 1. What is mindfulness?
2. Mindfulness – 2. Dealing with difficulties
3. Mindfulness – 3. Using your breath as an anchor
4. Mindfulness – 4. Remaining in the present
5. Mindfulness – 5. Acceptance
6. Mindfulness – 6. Your thoughts are not facts
7. Mindfulness – 7. The future and taking care of yourself

The submodules offer psychoeducation, exercises, video- and audiomaterial, with each submodule addressing a different subject and/or technique within the MBCT.

Advice for useYou can choose which submodules you want to activate for your client. Depending on your preference, this can be done step by step or at once.

We recommend to always activate the following component
• Mindfulness – 1. What is mindfulness?

This component forms, as it were, the basis of the Mindfulness module. The other submodules can be activated depending on the complaints.
